i386 (x86-32) port

Jari OS isn't ported to 32bit architecture yet, especially to x86.

Target and motivation

There are some functional should be changed in microkernel during porting to 32bit platform (IPC code), it might be interesting for those who likes low level code. Also, there are CPUs (Vortex86) on the embedded market exist - it will be useful to run Jari OS on this platform (one of the target solution of a system might be ICUs(industrial computer units)).

Generally - porting microkernel of Jari OS to 32bit platform is a good reason to make a stable and more portable system.

Affected parts

Microkernel low level assembler code, and IPC. libc - some architecture depended code.
